There is no way to disconnect the theme "Soulmates" from Aecio's work. It appears in a very recurrent way, no matter what period its work is observed. We can see it as a compulsion and a daily obsession.
The exhibitions in Brazil and Germany showed more than a narrative about the various ways of observing Aecio's twin souls. They stripped the artist from the perspective of his current production.
